We meet every Saturday at Black Dog Café by Lake Ella. We also meet Wednesday evenings at Gamescape in the Tallahassee Mall. See our Schedule Page for more info.

You are welcomed to join us no matter your playing strength or age. There are a wide range of players from beginners to masters, young and old. We are here to have fun and help you get better .

If you have a chess set and clock, please bring it with you. If not, there will likely be other players that do. The Black Dog Café does have a few sets that you can use.

We are always looking for new members. Send us an email or just stop by.

Membership Dues

Membership is not required to attend or play at any of our meetings or tournaments.

We are collecting annual membership dues.

$25 - Adult

$10 - Student or Senior

Why become a member?

Membership entitles you to discounts on some tournament entry fees.
Helps pay for this website's domain registration and monthly costs.
Helps us put on tournaments by purchasing trophies and guaranteeing prize funds.
